HOURS OF OPERATION
We are open Monday through Friday from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Pacific Standard Time).
We ship from Vancouver, BC, to all locations across Canada that are serviced by Canada Post or Fedex.
Order Processing Deadline
Orders and payments received before 12:00 PM (noon) PST, Monday to Friday, will ship within 24 hours. Orders received after the above cutoff time or on weekends or holidays will be shipped the next business day.
Please note that we can not expedite last-minute orders that are placed after our deadline.
Your order is discreetly shipped in a plain, unmarked package with no mention of our company name or the products you purchased.
When considering shipping types (Expedited/Xpresspost/Priority) and their associated service standards (1-7 business days), please note these are estimates that Canada Post provides us with. Since they are general in nature, there may be rare occasions where delivery or service is delayed. Unfortunately, Kratom Save has no control over Canada Post’s shipping processes, delays, or lost packages, and therefore will not be held responsible.
It may be useful to know that although we ship out orders on the same day they are placed, this may not be considered as 1 full business day towards the quoted shipping service standards you see on our website. According to Canada Post, usually this occurs when your package reaches the main depot before departing from Vancouver, which is often the following morning. We encourage our customers to monitor their stock level and plan to purchase ahead of time to minimize any inconvenience regarding shipping service standards.
Once your package has been shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email, which is usually beween 4:00-6:00 PM PST. This email will provide you with the tracking number for your package and a link to the shipping carrier’s website.
Please note that tracking updates on the Canada Post website can be delayed. We cannot assist with your package while it is in transit unless it is past the Guaranteed Delivery Date or tracking says ‘Verify Recipient’s Address’. If this is the case, please contact us.
Please note that due to our volume of inquiries, we will not respond to emails sent before 6:00 PM PST requesting tracking information for same-day shipments. If you still have not received your tracking by the following morning, please contact us immediately.

Once you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details and payment instructions.
Any product that is unopened may be returned to us for a full credit within 30 days from the ship date. Items must be returned in an undamaged and un-tampered condition. Please note that you are responsible for shipping costs and tracking of the returned product.
We do no accept returned items that have been opened or are being returned as a matter of preference.
